PURPOSE: A photo print service system and a method through a mobile communication network are provided to print an image photographed through a mobile terminal having a camera as a photo, and to back up the photographed image in a predetermined server, thereby preserving data for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A photo vending machine comprises as follows. An input unit(310) inputs an operational command. A network connector(351) transceives data on the Internet. A wireless transceiver(352) has another ID to wirelessly communicate with a mobile communication network, and receives or transmits photo data. A storage(331) stores necessary operational data. A background information DB(332) stores background information for photographing. A user DB(341) stores user information. A photo DB(342) stores photo data.
