STRUCTURE OF A SAMPLE PORT WITH AN VIEW PORT FOR MONITORING FLAME STATE OF A COMBUSTION CHAMBER INSTALLED IN A GENERATING OR INDUSTRIAL BOILER OR A FURNACE

PURPOSE: A structure of a sample port with a view port of a combustion chamber is provided to protect the furnace in increasing internal pressure of the furnace over the predetermined value by checking flames, sampling and measuring temperature simply with the sample port. CONSTITUTION: A sample port cover(3) is combined with a sample port body mounted to a furnace by a fixing bolt, and composed of a view port portion(5) and a sampling probe mounting portion(6). The view port portion is integrally connected to the sampling probe mounting portion by a connecting part(7), and a circular quartz window(8) is mounted in the view port portion to monitor the furnace. A union assembling part(11) with a penetration hole(10) is installed in the sampling probe mounting portion to install a temperature measuring probe. A spring is elastically mounted between the fixing bolt and a nut to apply elastic force in assembling the sample port body with the sample port cover.
