<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacity reduction method for a developer storage container, whereby a flexible toner storage container can be reduced in capacity so as to have a substantially fixed shape after the capacity reduction, and to provide a developer supply device and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: Air or toner in the toner storage container 70 made of a flexible material is removed due to supply.
