<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion of thin film-like particles using a specified solvent capable of dispersing thin film-like particles obtained by oxidizing graphite, dispersible to a liquid having a dielectric constant of ≥15 and having a skeleton consisting of carbon and also having solubility to many polymeric materials. <P>SOLUTION: The dispersion of the thin film-like particles comprises the thin film-like particles obtained by oxidizing the graphite, dispersible to the liquid having the dielectric constant of ≥15 and having the skeleton consisting of the carbon and a dispersion medium containing ≥50 wt.% compound soluble in water in a ratio of ≥50 wt.% and having a dielectric constant of less than 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
