<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meal management system capable of performing nutrition management by grasping a meal ingestion amount for each person to be managed. <P>SOLUTION: The meal management system includes a detection means for detecting a provision amount, which is a meal amount provided for each person to be managed, and a return amount, which is a meal amount returned; a calculation means for calculating the meal ingestion amount for each person to be managed, from the provision amount and the return amount detected by the detection means; and a management means for performing nutrition management for each person to be managed, using the ingestion amount calculated by the calculation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
