<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication method which is suitably used to avoid transmission delay fluctuations and packet loss due to load concentration and convergence of a network of best-effort basis service such as the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: Through the Internet of best-effort basis service, a receiving node informs a transmission node of addresses assigned by a plurality of connection points to which the receiving node is connected and the transmission node properly selects the plurality of connection points and transmits data to avoid the loss and delay of data due to trouble and congestion of the network, thereby improving the throughput. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
