<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasmall connector for FPC connection capable of coping with multifunctional, advance, and evolutional electronic equipment, and to provide a method for connecting the connector. <P>SOLUTION: A connecting terminal 8 of an FPC board 7 is connected by a microconnector provided in the connecting terminal of a printed circuit board. The connecting terminal 8 is a spiral connecting terminal 8a having a spiral section from a base end 8c toward the center clockwise in a plane view and a spiral connecting terminal 8b having a spiral section from the base end to the center clockwise in a plan view by changing the position by 180°. The spiral section becomes narrower in the width from the base end 8c toward the tip, a gap is ensured for arrangement without allowing the spiral connection terminals 8a, 8b to interfere with each other, and the connecting terminal is formed in a conical projection type in a front view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
