<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support method, an operation support device, and a program for supporting an operation precisely. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of time zones are set in a time-serial data recorded in a database (steps S1-S2), average values are set as feature quantities in the time zones, and a plurality of threshold values are set with respect to the feature quantities (steps S3-S7). Then, the optimum combination thereof is found using a genic algorithm, while using an operation action as an objective variable, and while using the time zones, the feature quantities and the threshold values as explanation variables (step S8), so as to be converted into a scenario based on a found result (steps S9-S10).
