PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a support for a pneumatic tire by which the structures of a die and a vulcanizing machine can be made simpler than a conventional method. SOLUTION: The support section 18 made of a metal is constituted of three parts, a central section 30 and external sections 32 on both sides of the central section 30, and a leg section 20 made of a rubber is vulcanize-molded in a manner to be integrated with the external sections 32 which are parts for constituting the support section 18. Also, the central section 30 and the external sections 32 are connected by welding or the like. Therefore, the die for vulcanize-molding the leg section 20 can be made smaller than the conventional method. In addition, the right and left leg sections 20 can be vulcanize-molded by one die, and therefore, the structure of the die can be made simpler than the conventional method.
