PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for continuously controlling the actual problem of a natural phenomenon that the nuclear force is generated in the gravitational field as the energy generation of gravity, weak force, electromagnetic force, and up to nuclear force. SOLUTION: By providing motors in multiple steps, high-speed revolutions are obtained that are accelerated explosively by N-th power of each step of top end time, by multiplying the product of the revolutions of each step and time by each step, even if bearing portions of the existing technology are used. By using facts that, in the gravitational field, the rotational torque of a drive rotating body is a sum of the torque of a rotating body of each step while power generation is proportional to the revolutions, and that a torque difference occurs between input energy at the output side of the power generation and at its drive side due to excess energy other than causing equal speed rotations as time delay; and by controlling the revolutions of the drive side; it is achieved that energy ranging from the energy generation of 1:1 up to the nuclear force of 1:10 to the 38th power is obtained freely.
