PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil assembly device capable of providing size and weight reductions in a carriage pallet, size reduction in equipment, and reduction in manufacturing cost in a coil assembly process. SOLUTION: A cuff support switching device 20 protrudes/retracts a cuff support 5 when a stator core 10 is placed on a stator palette 15 provided with a cuff support slot 4 disposed at a prescribed interval to a radial direction and the cuff support 5 accommodated in each cuff support slot 4 so as to be slid freely. In the device, a head 11a having a cam groove plate 2a with a cam groove 7 and an actuator 23 which rotates/drives the cam groove plate is provided. Besides the cuff support 5 has a cam follower 6. And a round pallet 1a has a stopper block 33 for regulating the retraction of the cuff support 5 at a position where the cuff support 5 is protruded toward the center direction of the round pallet 1a, and a stopper 30 for regulating the projection of the cuff support 5 at a portion where the cuff support 5 is retracted toward an outer peripheral direction of the round pallet 1a.
