PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To modify additional information of video data and a use section, which are in a photographing device, during video photographing. SOLUTION: In order to modify the use section, an index file modification means 205 in a photographic information modification device 200 is used to modify the use section of video data in an index file, and update is performed by an index file update means 105 in a video photographing device 100. In order to modify additional information, an additional information file modification means 367 in a photographic information modification device 360 is used to modify additional information in video data, and update is performed by an additional information update device 335 in a video photographing device 330.
