PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip beads inductor by which suction errors such as a displacement, a fall or the like caused when vacuum suction is performed are prevented, and removal of an insulating film with no blasting required is prevented when blasting treatment is carried out. SOLUTION: The chip beads inductor includes a magnetic material core 2, a coil 3' wound around an outer peripheral face of the magnetic substance core 2, and an external electrode 4 formed at both ends of the coil 3', wherein the coil 3' is constituted by a coated conductor 3 of which cross section is nearly square and which is formed by a conductor wire rod 3a coated with an insulating film 3b.
