PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with various EMD encoding systems, to guarantee reproduction compatibility by an AOB and also to record audio data without damaging the functions of various copyright protection method. SOLUTION: A disk D has a data structure including: an EMD elementary stream 23 obtained by compressing audio data by using an audio encoding method; digital right information 22 of audio data and EMD added data 21; DVD-AR audio objects 13 resulting from packeting either of linear PCM audio data being expansion of the elementary stream or a temporary elementary stream being further compression of the linear audio data; digital right information about audio data; digital right information 12 about audio object generated on the basis of added data; and playback management data 11.
