PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium in which deterioration in quality hardly occurs even though overwrite is repeatedly conducted. SOLUTION: Contents information is recorded on a recording medium to which overwrite recording can be performed by forming a recording mark on the basis of recording information generated by superposing desired contents information and additional information which varies every time contents information is recorded on the recording medium.
