PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral preparation preventing the attachment or fixation of periodontal disease-associated bacteria by preventing the cocohesion of the oral bacteria on the surface of a tooth, and useful for prevention and amelioration of the periodontal disease-associated disease. SOLUTION: This cocohesion inhibitor of Fusobacterium nucleatum with the periodontal disease-associated bacteria contains lysine or histidine, or a salt thereof as an active ingredient.
