PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic composition for making up a keratin fiber. SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition contains (i) a non-aqueous solvent medium, (ii) at least one wax in a content of more than 3 wt% based on the total weight of the composition, (iii) at least one polymer which is soluble in the solvent medium and has at least one crystallizable part, and (iv) water and/or at least one water-soluble solvent, wherein the water and/or the water-soluble solvent are contained in an amount of not more than 20 wt% in total based on the total weight of the composition, and the composition has a solid content of more than 45% based on the total weight of the composition.
