PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage box capable of tightly attaching a waterproof bag hooked to an upper portion of a box body to a side plate and preventing leakage of water inside therein by fitting a bag fixing means to the upper portion of the box body with a product stored therein. SOLUTION: The storage box comprises a bottomed box body of a square frame shape, a waterproof bag which is stored in the box body with an upper edge thereof returned at an upper end of the box body and hanging along an outer surface thereof, and a bag fixing means which has an inner wall hanging along an inner surface of the box body and an outer wall hanging along an outer surface of the box body, covers an upper opening of the box body, and holds an upper edge of the waterproof bag locked to the upper portion of the box body.
