PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter, containing private information, which has a broad width part openable to both sides on hinges to exceed the printing width of a commercial grade printer after unsealing. SOLUTION: This printed matter is structured in the following way: a plurality of pieces of printing paper 1 to 6 are superposed over each other with one side edges of the pieces trued up; the face cover 7 and the back cover 8 each having a protrusion jutting out of the edge of the printing paper sheet are superposed over each other on one side edge opposed to the other side edge, on the upper sheet and lower sides of the superposed pieces of the printing paper; a plurality of pieces of the printing paper and the face cover and the back cover positioned on the upper sheet and lower sides the printing paper sheet are bound on one side edge; an adhesive edge 9 is formed by mutually sticking the free edges of the protrusions of the face cover and the back cover; and unsealing perforations (m) are opened along the adhesive edge 9 inside thereof. In this printed matter, extension pages 3a and 4a with a narrower width than the printing paper sheet are attached to each other with the help of a line paste (g) on one side edge opposite to the other side edge of at least one piece of the printing paper 3 and 4. Thus it is possible to realize a false opening of the printed matter to both sides on hinges by opening the part of the extension pages 3a and 4a at the attached part using the line paste (g) as a supporting point.
