LENS SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the mixing of air bubbles with an optical ultraviolet-curable resin occurring when a lens is manufactured using a 2P (photo polymer process) method and the mixing of air bubbles with a lens sheet exerting an adverse effect from a functional aspect or an appearance aspect. SOLUTION: A mold having a shape reversed to the fine unevenness shape constituting an optical article at the time of molding is used to transfer the fine unevenness shape to the surface of a light transmitting base material to manufacture the lens sheet. In this lens sheet manufacturing method, a process for arbitrarily coating the mold with the ultraviolet-curable resin and smoothing the coated mold by a roll to form a flat surface is performed.
