PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method and an installation device of ring parts capable of installing the ring parts by one device and in one work process regardless of the number of grooves of a columnar member and without causing nonconformity such as overturning, etc. SOLUTION: This installation device of the ring parts is furnished with a cylindrical jig 1 formed roughly in a circular-conical shape to cover an outer periphery of the columnar member 9 and a holding jig 15 inserted on the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical jig 1 and provided with the grooves to hold a seal ring 32 while constraining it in the axial direction and assembles the seal ring 32 on an outer periphery of the columnar member 9 by covering the outer periphery of the columnar member 9 by the cylindrical jig 1 and extracting the cylindrical jig 1 in a state of arranging the holding jig 15 setting the seal ring 32 in the groove on the outer peripheral side of this cylindrical jig 1.
