PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscous material suction apparatus in which a viscous material in a vessel is sucked without leaving and a residual material does not occur in the change of the vessel. SOLUTION: A perforated plate 30 formed by laminating a metallic plate made stiffener 31 provided with flow-in ports 311 and 321 through which the sucked viscous material is passed and a buffer material 32 made from a plate like formed rubber material or the like is attached to the under surface of a suction member 10 on which a projecting part 101 having a through-hole 15 vertically penetrating in the center part is formed. The viscous material 70 is passed through the flow-in ports 311 and 321 and introduced into the through-hole 15 and is sucked through a suction pipe 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
