A robot system capable of autonomous action and requiring no incidental facility in a building in which an abnormal phenomenon can be dealt with. The robot system comprises a means (112) for making a decision whether an autonomous mode is set or an autonomous remote cooperation mode is set, a means (113) performing autonomous action when a decision is made that the autonomous mode is set, a means (117) for judging the ratio of cooperation when a decision is made by the mode decision means that the autonomous remote cooperation mode by the mode decision means is set, a means (118) performing full remote action if the judged ratio of cooperation is 100% remote operation, and a means (119) performing autonomous remote cooperation action if the judged ratio of cooperation is not 100% remote operation.
