A process for producing a medicinal preparation having improved dissolution properties which comprises dissolving a hardly soluble drug capable of forming a micelle in water to thereby form a micelle, and then stabilizing the micelle structure, which has been formed by the hardly soluble drug, with the use of a compound stabilizing a micelle structure. This process preferably includes the step of, after stabilizing the micelle structure, adjusting the pH value to the neutral level and/or adjusting the temperature to room temperature. The hardly soluble drug to be employed in this process is a drug that forms a micelle in water exclusively in the presence of an acid or an alkali and/or under heating. According to this production process, the oral absorbability of a hardly soluble drug can be improved. Thus, a medicinal preparation having improved dissolution properties can be produced.
|
