PURPOSE: Jung-Sun rice wine using Astragalus membranceus Bunge is provided, which Jung-Sun rice wine comprises useful components of Astragalus membranceus Bunge, so that the Jung-Sun rice wine does not result in a hangover. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing the Jung-Sun rice wine using Astragalus membranceus Bunge comprises the steps of: (1) washing Jung-Sun Astragalus membranceus Bunge with water; (2) cooking the Jung-Sun Astragalus membranceus Bunge in an iron pot; (3) removing cooked Jung-Sun Astragalus membranceus Bunge from the iron pot; (4) cooling the extract of Jung-Sun Astragalus membranceus Bunge; (5) adding steamed rice for making wine(Sul Bap) and Nuruk into the cooled extract of Jung-Sun Astragalus membranceus Bunge; and (6) fermenting the mixture.
