METHOD FOR CHEAPLY PREPARING RECOMBINANT PROTEIN INHIBITING ANGIOGENESIS BY USING INEXPENSIVE GEMINIVIRUS EXPRESSION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a recombinant protein inhibiting angiogenesis using a geminivirus expression system is provided, thereby reducing the preparation costs and increasing yield in comparison with using a microorganism or animal cell expression system such as Escherichia coli or insect cell expression system. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing a recombinant protein inhibiting angiogenesis using a geminivirus expression system comprises the steps of: constructing a recombinant vector containing two geminivirus replicons between two T-DNA boarders, and endostatin or tumstatin gene between the geminivirus replicons; transforming a microorganism with the recombinant vector; transfecting a plant tissue or plant with the transformed microorganism; and culturing the transfected plant tissue or plant in a medium.
