PURPOSE: A torque sensor of a vehicle for power steering is provided to easily assemble a coil assembly to a sensor housing without a fixing member and to prevent assembly position of the coil assembly from being changed. CONSTITUTION: A torque sensor of a vehicle for power steering is composed of a sensor housing(1) in which an input shaft, a torsion bar, and a pinion shaft for transmitting steering force of a steering wheel are connected and mounted to each other; a plurality of detecting rings installed at a connected portion of the input shaft and the pinion shaft; first and second coil assemblies(2,3) arranged on outer periphery of the detecting ring; a spacer(4) for separating the first and second coil assemblies; grooves(2a,3a) formed on a lower side of the first coil assembly and an upper side of the second coil assembly; and projections(4a,4b,4c) arranged on the upper and lower sides of the spacer and inserted into the grooves of the first and second coil assemblies.
