<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selling materials to precisely and quickly decide the validity/invalidity of the issue of a certificate by receiving the issue request of an authorized material certificate through network communication from a customer when selling authorized materials authorized by a public institute. <P>SOLUTION: This method uses a computer which is configured to input the delivery of authorized materials to a customer and the usage of the customer, and to update and record the inventory of authorized materials owned by the customer for every customer and every brand of authorized materials. When the issue request of an authorized material certificate from the customer who holds an ID number and a password through network communication is received, the inventory and usage of the authorized materials of the customer are collated by the computer, and when the usage is within the inventory, the issue permission signal of the authorized material certificate is outputted, and the updated inventory is recorded, and when the usage exceeds the inventory, the issue non-permission signal of the authorized material certificate is outputted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
