<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication service system allowing even an aged person not capable of using the Internet or inexperienced in the Internet to participate in communication. <P>SOLUTION: This communication service system has: communication terminals such as telephones 12, 22, 32, a FAX device, an IP telephone device, PCs 21, 31, a home watching device (a dedicated terminal) 11, used by communication target persons; an aged person interface function 100 allowing communication data transmitted to a communication center 200 from the communication terminal to be connected to a Web site managed by the communication center 200, and allowing the communication terminal to use the data on the Web site; and the communication center 200 performing personal identification on the Web site, and allowing people previously defined as the same group to perform the communication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
