<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation check system with excellent customer service capable of coping with timely needs of a customer as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a first database 11 storing manhour information indicating manhour required for check and maintenance of a vehicle, and a second database 12 storing skill information composed of a plurality of skill values indicating the skills of a plurality of maintenance people respectively. The manhour for checking and maintaining the vehicle relating to reservation is calculated on the basis of the manhour information stored in the first database. The system also comprises a processing unit 10 for selecting at least one maintenance person capable of processing the calculated manhour in a manner to meet a desired delivery date of the vehicle relating to reservation on the basis of the skill information stored in the second database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
