<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for conveniently identifying a visitor who comes for soliciting without directly meeting the visitor. <P>SOLUTION: A visitor reception device writes onto a visitor's IC card, visitation event information generated by the IC card which comes close to the outdoor part of the visitor corresponding device, reads visitation event information history that has already been recorded on the IC card, analyzes the read visitation event information history and determines answering contents to reply to the visitor when a new visitation event occurs.
