LUMINOUS MARKING COATING FILM AND METHOD OF FORMING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous marking body emitting light with sufficient light quantity even in a dark place such as a tunnel, satisfactorily functioning as various marking bodies or visual guiding lines and durable against repeated cleaning on the inside wall surface of the tunnel.

SOLUTION: A non-conductive base layer 1 comprising an insulating coating material is formed on the inside wall surface 100 of the tunnel and a luminous layer 2 comprising a luminous coating material and a wiring layer 3 for supplying power to the luminous layer 2 to timely emit light and comprising a conductive coating material are formed thereon. A luminous marking coating film A is formed by coating the base layer 1 with a surface protective layer 4 comprising the transparent insulating coating material to cover the luminous layer 2 and the wiring layer 3. The luminous layer 2 is formed belt-like along the longitudinal direction of the tunnel to become the visual guiding line (a) for vehicle drivers and timely emits light.
