<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paintbrush stand which can be easily handled without paying special attention by decreasing a projection part and in which paintbrushes are stood with a space between the brushes. <P>SOLUTION: The brush stand having a spring type clip measure for preventing brush points from getting into contact with each other is installed on a pallet, an easel or the like.
