PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio transmission apparatus or the like capable of preventing a deterioration in error rate characteristic of a CQI in advance even under a setting state of CQI update period information and CQI repetitive number of times information wherein a transceiving timing of the CQI on the basis of the CQI update period information and a transceiving timing of the CQI on the basis of the CQI repetitive number of times information are overlapped with each other.

SOLUTION: A CQI transmission timing control section 110 and a CQI transmission timing priority discrimination section 120 transmit the CQI on the basis of the CQI repetitive number of times preferentially when the transmission timing of the CQI on the basis of the CQI update period information and the transmission timing of the CQI on the basis of the CQI repetitive number of times information are overlapped with each other. As a result, since a receiver side can ensure the number of composite times of the CQIs, the deterioration in the error rate characteristic of the CQI can be prevented in advance.
