<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed with a biological information collecting device capable of efficiently collecting biological information such as the pulse, respiration, and snores with high sensitivity for detecting biological information and without deteriorating the comfort of the bed. <P>SOLUTION: A mattress 5 is disposed on a floor 1 of a bed base with irregularity or an opening part 2, and a vibration controlling board 4 and an air chamber 3 are layered between the floor 1 and the mattress 5. The biological information such as the respiration on a patient P is transmitted to the air chamber 3, and detected as the variation of the air pressure inside the air chamber. At the time, the wall of the air chamber freely vibrates in the opening part 2 because the vibration controlling board 4 is disposed under the air chamber 3, so that the variation of pressure inside the air chamber will never be reduced.
