<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the efficiency and spread of grid computing utilization by solving problems of security technology and distributed computer resource management technology. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is for improving the security technology and the distributed computer resource management technology problematic in terms of the efficiency and the spread of the grid computing.
