PISTON PUMP

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a piston pump by which occurrence of gas lock can be prevented even if the pump is stopped for a long time.

SOLUTION: The pump is configured by the drive mechanism in which a piston 1 is raised until reaching a top dead point after directing to a suction port 3 the notched part 1a of a piston 1 disposed at a bottom dead point in a liquid suction process, and is lowered until reaching the bottom dead point after directing to a discharge port 4 the notched part 1a of a piston 1 disposed at the top dead point in a liquid discharge process. By doing so, the occurrence of gas lock can be prevented even if a piston pump is stopped for a long time.
