PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a head rest can be easily removed and is often left uninstalled or can be lost and safety cannot be assured because the head rest can easily be removed by one touch operation, in a conventional headrest coming-off prevention in which a headrest stay is prevented from coming off by releasing the engagement between a locking groove of the headrest stay and a locking piece of coming-off prevention engaging parts. SOLUTION: This headrest support structure is constituted of an engaging part for height adjustment; a headrest stay provided with first and second coming-off prevention engaging parts; a first engaging piece operating part engaged with the first coming-off prevention engaging part; a first elastic body for returning the first engaging piece operating part; a second engaging piece engaged with the second coming-off prevention engaging part of the headrest stay; and a second elastic body for returning a second engaging piece.
