PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce thermal stress and assembly stress in an assembly structure of a resin intake manifold 2 and an EGR tube 4 with a joint member 5. SOLUTION: The EGR tube 4 introducing part of exhaust gas to an intake system and the resin intake manifold 2 are connected by the joint member 5. The joint member 5 includes a tubular part 6 having the EGR tube 4 inserted therein, a flange part 7 located in one end side of the tubular part 6 and projecting in a perpendicular direction of the tubular part 6 and held and fixed by an outer wall surface 12 of the intake manifold 2 and a plate shaped fixing member 13, an EGR tube connection part 8 located in another end side of the tubular part 6 and connected to an outer circumference surface of the EGR tube 4, and an elastic part 9 capable of absorbing displacement of the EGR tube 4 in an axial direction and a perpendicular direction.
