PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper for easily making a position adjustment between the sleeper and rails so that a distance between the rails is within a prescribed range. SOLUTION: This sleeper 1 has a body member 11 and rail fixing members 13 positioned on the upper face of the body member 11 fixable to the rails. A side face of the rail fixing member 13 is provided with an inclined part 21 inclined with respect to a rail direction. The body member 11 and the rail fixing member 13 are connected while allowing the inclined part 21 to abut on a recessed part provided at the body member 11, and the rail fixing member 13 can be moved in the rail width direction by moving along the inclined part 21 of the rail fixing member 13.
