PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing strap enabling switching between holding an infant in the bosom or on the back without separating a user and the infant. SOLUTION: A band-like infant holding part is removably engaged with first and second fitting parts positioned near the right and left of one end, and third and fourth fitting parts positioned on the right and left of the other end, so that the head of the infant passes between the first and the second fitting parts for covering a body part of the infant from the front and back. First and second shoulder strap parts are engaged with fifth and sixth fitting parts positioned on the right and left of one end, and seventh and eighth fitting parts positioned on the right and left near the middle of the infant holding part. A waist belt for user is engaged between ninth and tenth fitting parts positioned on the right and left near the middle of the infant holding part so that waists of the user and the infant are held.
