PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil bobbin in which a wire can be easily wound without any deflection even when a winding start of the wire and a winding end thereof are located on the same side. SOLUTION: The coil bobbin A comprises a winding barrel 1 made of synthetic resin and formed to have a rectangular-tube shape, and a pair of connection terminals 2a, 2b compressively inserted and fixed to one end side of the winding barrel 1 in an axial direction. One end of a wire 3 is wound around a letter-T piece 24 of the connection terminal 2a, is passed in an insert groove 14 made in the upper side surface of a flange 11, and then wound around a winding part 13. The single layer of the wire 3 is wound on the winding part 13 from its left end to the right end. The returning part of the wire 3 is passed through grooves 17, 17 made in the upper side surface of the flange 12 from the final turn position and hooked to a hooking projection 16. And the other end of the wire 3 is folded at one end side of the winding barrel 1, passed through an insert groove 14 provided in the lower side surface of the flange 11, and guided to the side of the connection terminal 2b, wound around the letter-T piece 24 of the connection terminal 2b, and then held there.
