PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain facilitating and speeding up of arrangement work of laser bars. SOLUTION: The holding-device of laser bar 10 holds a plurality of the laser bars B in depositing of a cleavage plane, and equipped with a laser holding fixture 20 of laser bars and a pushing means 30a. The laser holding fixture 20 is provided with a plurality of spacers 21 interposed between a plurality of the laser bars B and a coupling member 23 linking integrally each of the spacers 21 at least one end side while a plurality of the spacers 21 installs spacing 22 for arranging each of the laser bars B. The pushing means 30 pushes and holds the holding fixture 20 along the arrangement direction of the spacers 21. In the configuration of the holding fixture 20, the interval of each of the spacers 21 is at least the thickness BW of the laser bar B for performing the holding and less than a cavity length BC.
