PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker, fixing a metal plate on the glass back side with high fixing strength. SOLUTION: A gas cooking stove includes a body case 2 and a glass top plate 3 covering the top face of the body case 2. A metal plate 19 is disposed on the back of the glass top plate 3. The metal plate 19 covers the substantially whole area of the back of the glass plate 12, and the peripheral edge thereof is held between the glass plate 12 and a frame body 13 to be supported.
