摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of an AMT type transmission device having two input shafts separate from a crank shaft of an engine and speed change gears respectively provided thereon which is considerably different in configuration from an existing manual type transmission device and costly. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular transmission device comprises a first input shaft 21 which is concentrically connected to a rotary shaft of an internal combustion engine via a first friction engagement means 61, a second input shaft 22 to be connected to a rotary shaft of a motor, a common shaft 23 to the first and second input shafts, a plurality of speed change gears constituted between the first and second input shafts and the output shaft, friction engagement means groups 61-66 to selectively connect the speed change gears, a second friction engagement means 64 to selectively transmit the driving force to be input in the first input shaft to the second input shaft, and a friction engagement control means 80 to control the operation of each friction engagement means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
