<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive transfer sheet with a photosensitive layer having high resolution and capable of forming a high strength hardened layer (tent film). <P>SOLUTION: In a dry film photoresist, a relatively low sensitivity first photosensitive layer 12 which comprises a photosensitive resin composition containing a binder polymer, an ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing monomer and a photopolymerization initiator and is hardened by polymerization of the ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing monomer under photoirradiation, and a relatively high sensitivity second photosensitive layer 13 which comprises a photosensitive resin composition containing a binder polymer, an ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing monomer and a photopolymerization initiator and is hardened by polymerization of the ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing monomer under photoirradiation are stacked in this order on a support 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
