PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function restricting program for executing detail security setting. SOLUTION: When a function restricting target window being a window showing the matching of the title character of one or more caption character strings with any caption character string in security policy information including non-permitted processing designation information being information to designate several processing whose execution is not permitted is displayed at a display device, a function restricting program is prepared to make a computer to operate as a device which does not perform any processing whose execution is not permitted based on the non-permitted processing designation information included in the security policy information as for the caption character string matched with the title character string.
