PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the heat exchange quantity of a heat exchange medium with an evaporator by making a liquid refrigerant obtain a thermal energy necessary for evaporation from the circumference in its forced evaporation by an ultrasonic oscillator only during operation of a refrigeration cycle, thereby reducing the evaporator temperature. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic oscillator which is operated during operation of the refrigeration cycle is provided in the evaporator, whereby ultrasonic forced vibration is given to the refrigerant to cause a pressure drop in a local part of the liquid refrigerant which cannot dynamically follow the forced vibration, whereby the refrigerant is forcedly evaporated.
