PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a breakage of a magnet by avoiding a stress concentration at an edge of a central part of the magnet by abolishing free ends of both ends of the magnet. SOLUTION: A motor includes the magnet 3 adhesively fixed at the central part 30 in a longitudinal direction by an adhesive 4 (adhesive layer 15) filled in an adhesive filling groove 14 so that both the ends 31, 32 of the magnet 3 become free ends. Both the ends 31, 32 from the edge 301 of the central part 30 of the magnet 3 to both the ends 311, 321 are adhesively fixed by an adhesive strength for reducing gradually from the adhesive strength equivalent to the central part 30 from the edges 301 toward both the ends 311, 321, and a substantially V shape protrusion 141 is formed so that a plainly seen width of a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the magnet 3 of the adhesive layer 15 opposed to both the ends 31, 32 become narrower by approaching toward both the ends 31, 32.
