PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens integral-type imaging device which can output excellent images, and its manufacturing method and device. SOLUTION: The lens integral-type imaging device is produced as follows, and has excellent properties: A lens holding section which has an optical lens is automatically adjusted to a package on which an image pick-up chip is mounted so that optical images from optical-axis adjustment patterns are imaged on an image pick-up surface of the image pick-up chip. Then the holding section and the package are mutually fixed with an adhesive used as a positioning member between the lens holding section and the package in a position after the adjusting.
